2. Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide appropriated notice.
3. Payment & Billing
Consultation fees must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and private health rebates through HICAPS (where applicable).
Please speak with our reception team if you have any questions about billing, third-party payments, or rebates.
