Frequently Asked Questions?
We know that visiting a new health practitioner can come with questions from how
treatment works to what you should bring. Below you’ll find answers to some of the
most common things our patients ask. If your question isn’t here, feel free to get in
touch.

At our practice, you will need to pay the full fee upfront first, and then we can process the Medicare rebate and get it back to you on the spot.

Specifically, here are the steps:

  • You need to pay the full fee by cash or card (Debit or credit)
  • We will swipe your Medicare card and access the $61.80 rebate for you
  • We then swipe your DEBIT card, and put the $61.80 back onto your card on-the-spot.

(You cannot use a CREDIT card for this final process) - You can pay by Credit card but money cannot be reimbursed to a credit account.

* You will need to bring your medicare card along with a Debit card to your appointment.*
