Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with us and consenting to treatment, you agree to provide at least 12
hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee of $25 may apply if adequate notice is not given.
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and we’ll always aim to have open communication with you before issuing any fee.
We kindly ask that you respect our practitioners’ time and other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellation fees can be paid
over the phone or in person.

All digital forms emailed to you prior to your appointment are securely linked to your medical file within our practice management system,
Cliniko. These forms are strictly confidential and used for clinical purposes only.
